Certified Ratings:
Vanman Industrial(Shanghai) Co.Ltd certifies that model RL60 shown hereon is licensed to bear the AMCA seal. The ratings shown are based on test and procedures performed in accordance with AMCA Publication 511 and comply with the requirements of the AMCA Certified Ratings Program. The AMCA Certified Ratings Seal applies to air performance ratings, water penetration ratings, and wind driven rain ratings only.
Advantages:
Rain resistance and ventilation performance are well-balanced. The front blade collects rainwater in a rainwater trough, preventing a rain curtain from forming on the windward side during rainfall, and reducing the risk of rainwater being carried indoors by airflow. The inner blade features a hollow triangular design. In the event of a hurricane carrying debris, the inner blade's robust structure effectively blocks projectiles from entering the interior, thus protecting equipment and personnel. With a frame thickness of 100mm, it is a preferred choice for installations with limited space. It achieves Class A rain resistance at an airflow rate of 2 m3/s, a rare achievement in the market.
Disadvantages:
During hurricanes, and when the Fan blows directly onto the Louver, the support point span of the front Blade should not be too large to prevent Blade flutter. This is a common disadvantage of Snap-fit Blades.
